I am 21 years old and a lifelong resident of Kenner, Louisiana. I excel in Special Olympics, competing in seven sports; bowling, basketball, cycling, soccer, swimming, track, & tennis. I represented Louisiana at the 2014 USA Games, and presently striving to be the first special needs athlete in the state to compete in the triathlon. I am in training for the Special Olympics Louisiana Athlete Leadership Council, and have appeared on local television, in the newspaper, and at city and parish council meetings to represent area athletic opportunities for those with special needs.
I love animals and volunteer for Animal Rescue of New Orleans, and also perform singing and sign language with a choir for retirement homes. Since my debut performance at the Louisiana Miss Amazing pageant, I have begun making appearances at various local events singing the national anthem for opening ceremonies. I love family gatherings and my continually expanding community of friends. My hope is to become a spokesperson for organizations that advance causes for those with special needs, and explore opportunities in modeling. I am amazing because I am an affectionate and caring young lady who inspires others through my dedication, achievements, cheerfulness, and praise for others.
